Ingredients

  • 1 small beet or ½ of a beet
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Unsweetened almond milk or other nut milk or coconut milk

Recipe

Put the spinach leaves in the mixer. Pour the nut milk in it as well. The quantity depends on how thick or liquid you like your smoothie. Mix it up.

It’s better to start with just mixing the leafy greens and liquid, than putting everything together from the start, because, if not, there are pieces of spinach that don’t get mixed well.

Then, put the rest of the ingredients and finish mixing. Just pour into your glass and enjoy your healthy smoothie!
