The other teacher I mention in the video is my shifu (teacher in Mandarin) from China! I went there to learn martial arts and Daoist medicine from him. But I recieved so much more. How to forgive
I understand that to forgive is a really difficult process. For a long time, I wanted to free myself from the pain that my past caused me. I just didn’t know how to do it. It took a change in my mindset and some help from close people and amazing teachers from Asia to start to heal.
