My teachers from Asia

In the video, I also share one of the teachings of a very funny buddhist monk. I met him in Taiwan and in a short time, he taught me very deep knowledge about happiness. I wrote an article about what he shared with me. You can read more about how to find inner happiness here!

The other teacher I mention in the video is my shifu (teacher in Mandarin) from China! I went there to learn martial arts and Daoist medicine from him. But I recieved so much more. During the months I was there, he helped me to deeply heal physically and emotionally. If you want to learn more about him and the teachings, click here!

How to forgive

I understand that to forgive is a really difficult process. For a long time, I wanted to free myself from the pain that my past caused me. I just didn’t know how to do it. It took a change in my mindset and some help from close people and amazing teachers from Asia to start to heal.

Are you ready to let go of the past to take back your power and feel free, lighter, stronger, happier? Then watch this video to learn how to forgive!

If you have also went through this journey, please share your experience in the comments! How did you forgive? If you have any exercises or processes that you went through to heal, it could help others 😉
